| Thomas tried to neatly copy the list, although it probably wasn't as neat as it could of been, he wanted to listen to everyones answers so he didn't miss out on anything. He tried to think of any other poison, but he ended up empty-handed, though he thought he probably had one somewhere in the back of his head, he did vaguely have some knowledge over the other question though, so rose his hand. "Would a draught be a different variety of a potion sir? For example, a Potion covers the genralities, but tincture and essence and such go into more specific versions?" He asked, trying to see if he had got the question right in his head. | |

| Kaoru jotted down the list on the board onto his parchment, struggling with the unfamiliar shapes of the letters. He couldn't be bothered to translate them into Japanese, though, deciding instead to do that later, for anything he didn't understand. So far he hadn't answered, but it was only because he was quiet. He was waiting. He really hoped that his pygmy puff didn't squeak or anything, he wasn't sure he was supposed to have it in his bag with him.
He decided that he had stayed quiet too long and put up his hand. "Moonseed poison is a poison, obviously, as it states in its name."

| Liz took a deep breath, standing outside of the door. She was later than the majority of people in the world would ever dream of. It wasn't entirely her fault--Peeves had attacked her!--but still, she was really late. And this was supposed to be her favorite class. Eventually, she sighed, slipping inside and quietly taking her seat in the only empty table, next to a girl with Slytherin robes on. "Hi," she said with a weak smile. Why in the world was it required to socialize? "What are we doing?" | |

| Alli looked up at the girl who sat down beside her and spoke. Was she really asking that question? How ridiculous. She was going to kill Jasmine for not being there to sit with her.
"We're talking about ways to poison people who come to class late and interrupt other people's thoughts with stupid questions," she said with a deadpan face. It was ruder than she needed to be, but it would be funny to tell Jasmine about it later.

| "Thanks," she muttered before turning a deep red. "S-sorry. I didn't...I didn't mean to..." abruptly, she turned her head down to the parchment in front of her, sure that everyone was staring at her. What was wrong with her? Of course the girl had been saving a seat. She vowed to sit somewhere completely different the next day.
"Um..." she scratched her head with her quill, trying not to annoy the girl again. "Rat poison?"
