Dee had somehow managed not to fall. shocking really. Dree looked between the two girls.

Sami quickly turned towards another girl she hadn't noticed before. "Oh!" she exclaimed holding out her hand. "My name's Criss. Sami Criss and you are?" The last question was aimed more to everyone then solely her.

The witch then realized why she was in this conundrum. "You gyus alright? Sorry if I damaged anything; but I'll pay the medical bill! Or not," she added looking at their incredulous expressions. Gee, they're a tough crowd to please. She turned back to the redhead she had originally thought was Kyra Henderson.

"You are Kyra Henderson, right? Because if you're not that would be terribly awkward for all of us. And- I'm rambling aren't I?" Sami never rambled. Ever.

Sami assumed the position of "the shy girl that stood in the corner and waved at everyone", not the person who constantly made a fool out of themselves.

"Sami?" Kiki couldn't believe her eyes. Was it really her, after so long? The anger melted from her eyes. Replacing it was happiness. "SAM-BAM!!!!" she cried as she hugged her. "Oh my goodness, I missed you so much! When's the last time I saw you?"

"Well, it was nice to meet you all," said Essi. "Oh, I'm Essi, by the way," she said to the new arrival.

"But my mum said she'd meet me now, so I've gotta go. Bye."

Essi left the bookshop, hoping that she'd see them all at Hogwarts.

Brianna felt extremely awkward with the large amount of people who were wandering past what had been a nice quiet corner for her to read, chatting and shouting. As inconspicuously as she could, she got up and placed her book back on the shelf, quietly excusing herself to anyone who was in between her and the door as she made her way to it, leaving the shop with her new schoolbooks and more excited than ever to start the new school year, despite the strange experience she'd just had.

Dree looked at her watch "Hey Kiki, Um i gotta get going.." she informed her new friend "I'll bring the book on the train okay?" she said backing up "See you there" she grinned and ran out the door.

Sami cocked her head sideways. Essi, she'd have to remember that. She seems very nice, kind of reminds me of myself, really, she thought.

"Am I that intimidating people run away in fear?" She shook her head in disbelief.

"I think the last time we saw eachother was, what, when we were eight, nine?" She smiled, something she rarely did. "Either way it has been WAY too long."

Both children had met through Kiki's sister, Michelle. Sami was around six years old and had lost her dad at the local shopping centre. She then ran into Michelle who lead her to her dad who was, by coincidince, talking to Kyra's mum. When the two were introduced, they were unseperable.

But then Sami's father unexpectedly lost his job, leaving them unable to pay the rent. At age nine, both girls were seperated as the Criss' relocated to Ireland to live with her aunt.

They tried to keep touch but soon were left with an owl maybe once or twice a month saying that they're both still alive. Kyra randomly lost contact a year later but Sami never stopped sending letters, in hope that she would reply.

"I... uh, got your letters. I'm sorry I didn't reply, really I am. But, Michelle...Mich-Michelle..." Kyra stuttered. Then she broke out into tears again. She hugged her childhood best friend and cried into her shoulder. "I'm s-so sorry S-sami. I-I meant to write you back, but I couldn't! Michelle!"
She continued to cry into the girl's shoulder until Kyra's mother came to get her. "Kiki, it's time to- Oh, Sami! We haven't seen you for ages! Come on Kyra, we have to go."
Kiki looked up and hugged Sami again, a silent goodbye. Until they met at Platform 9 3/4 of course...
