Weasley's Wizard Wheezes was both Alli's favorite shop and her least favorite shop in Diagon Alley at the same time. She strayed from the more impractical items, unlike most of the clientele, who were the reason she disliked it, since it was usually packed to the brim with them shouting and running about like monkeys, but it was the only place that carried the things that she loved the most.
Knowing exactly what she needed to stock up for Hogwarts, Alli moved through the shop like a pro, grabbing what she wanted, then making a beeline for the checkout counter, which was barely visible under the piles of merchandise. She placed the things on the counter- a Decoy Detonator, an Extendable Ear, Peruvian Instant Darkness Powder, and a Skiving Snackbox - and handed over the money. She thanked the employee, and then left the shop, needing to get these items home and packed as quickly as possible so that her mother wouldn't catch her with them.
