.Personal History.
Finley and Callum were born on March 24 to parents who (as far as they know) gave them away. They have gone from family to family, never knowing where they’d end up. Fin always thought that their parents would find them someday and take them back. It never happened. They finally got to the McLannens, who treat them kindly and lovingly. He fears that he and his twin will have to leave again, leaving the McLannens behind like they did the Harts, who were also like real parents.
One day, Fin found a black kitten and brought it home. It was a pathetic little thing, no more than a tiny puffball. Cal named it Demon and Fin agreed. When Fin and Cal got their letters, Cal was very reluctant to go, but Fin eventually persuaded his twin.
The twins are in their first year at Hogwarts.
