Javi had gone running off after some random girl he saw, leaving Gabriela to her own devices. She was armed with only her money pouch and she found that she had some left over when she was finished buying her supplies. Needing a way to pass the time until her brother came back to find her, she decided to go have an ice cream. Inside the shop, she ordered plain chocolate ice cream in a bowl and went to sit at one of the empty tables. She was careful not to spill even a single drop on her clothes, since they were very expensive and her mother would be displeased if she ruined them.
