Hester sat at the Gryffindor table, watching the new sortings. It was so great to be back here, where she felt so at home.

She glanced around the great hall. All of these people were like her, they were magical, they were different to everything Hester had grown up with.

She smiled at the person sitting opposite her.

The table filled with food and she grinned. She was starving.
