.Personal History.Grew up in Bath with his relatively small family, his sister is his pride and joy and he would do anything if it meant that she would stay safe (but if the Aurors ask, that guy that broke her heart did that to himself, Oliver had nothing to do with it). Hogwarts was somewhat difficult for him because he was a bit of a loner. He didn't have any real close friends, though he was friendly enough with his fellow Ravenclaws.
Out of Hogwarts, he moved to Romania to study and train dragons, though he quit and moved back to England when his mother fell ill. He currently tends the library at Hogwarts at the request of his sister, who wanted him to have a safe, steady job.
