| Lavender watched the red head toss and turn in her sleep. She had considered leaving but decided against it, she enjoyed watching Hester sleep. The pretty girls breathing pattern was almost as sweet sounding as her voice. Lavender didn't understand why she felt this way towards Hester, when really, it should have been a boy shouldn't it? But she found herself not really caring. As her thoughts carried on in this direction she felt Hester's grip tighten, and replied with a similar squeeze to the girls soft hand. | |

| It was an hour later when Hester awoke. The day had moved on, and it was late afternoon now. Hester sat up, rubbing her eyes. She felt a lot better now.
Then she realised that Lavender was still sat by her bed.
She smiled at her, pleased that she had stayed.
"Still here then?" she asked. She dug Atlas and Leo out from under the pillow where they had made themselves a little nest.

| Lavender had almost dozed off herself, until she saw Hester sit up and place Atlas and Leo on her lap. The three of them on the bed made a cute site, the animals and their owner.
"Of course," She smiled, glancing down to see their hands were still grasped tightly. "Didn't want to leave you," Lavender could feel a slight blush rising on her cheeks.

| Hester wasn't sure what to say to that. All she knew was that she felt the same way. She saw Lavender glance down at their clasped hands, but the other girl didn't pull away.
"Well," she said finally. "Much as it's great here, I'm a bit bored of this hospital wing. Do you want to go somewhere else?" She hoped that Lavender would say yes. She knew of quite a few nice places in Hogwarts, some inside, some outside, that would be nice to sit in, to talk in.

| Lavender smiled at Hester spoke, her voice was entrancing sometimes.
"Yeah, sure. I'd love to," She nodded before standing, causing their hands to dangle in the air between them. "Where do you want to go?" Lavender asked before glancing round the hospital wing to make sure they hadn't left a mess or anything such like. The light outside was beginning to fade, the sun setting. That would be a nice sight for them to share, perhaps?

| "Anywhere but the lake," Hester said with a nervous giggle. She didn't want to repeat all of that again.
"How about beside the Forbidden Forest?" Hester asked. "You can get a great view of the school and everything from there, and it'll look beautiful with the sunset."
She waited for Lavender's reply. She was still clutching tightly to the girl's hand. She stood up and pulled her bag onto her back one handed, not wanting to let go of Lavender's hand.

| It was as if the red head had read her mind.
"Yeah, sounds good," Lavender nodded, waiting for Hester to grab her back and lead the way. "Take me," She smiled, gesturing for the beautiful girl to go first.

| Hester took Lavender's hand and led her out of the hospital wing.
"This way," she said, leading her through the corridors and out into the school grounds. "Just in time for the sunset."
She had a bubble in her stomach. A funny feeling her chest that something was wrong, and yet at the same time that wrong thing felt really, really right.
((OOC: I'll make a new thread by the Forbidden Forest.))

| Lavender let herself be pulled along, a content grin on her face at the other girls excitement. When they arrived outside the sun was just setting, the sight was almost as beautiful as Hester. Lavender shook the thought away, leaning in towards the other girl cautiously so their shoulders were touching. Nothing more, not yet anyway.
((OCC: awesome, see you there))
